A historical hotel gets a new coat of paint

VNAH began a two-year project in partnership with the U.S. Department of Labor and Vietnam’s Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) to provide more employment opportunities for the disabled in Vietnam. The Vietnamese government estimates that 96 percent of the 3.5 million disabled people of employable age are either unemployed or self-employed. VNAH also delivered more than 2,500 wheelchairs to landmine victims and the severely disabled of Vietnam, thanks to continued support from the Freeman Foundation.
