Volunteer dentists from UCLA help ethnic minority children at Tam Tra Secondary School in Quang Nam province.

This is the first time for most if not all amputees in Central Highlands to receive prosthetic assistance in many years.

Technicians are in the first stage of measurement and examination of the stump. A cast of the stump will be made to. An artificial limb will be made at the shop using the mold. The whole process normally will take several weeks to complete.

Outreach mission to Quang Binh Province

Parents, teachers and local government officials participate in the Ground breaking ceremony for Tan My Primary in Lac Son District, Hoa Binh Province. This 3-classroom school, located on top of a mountain, will serve 84 students. Most of them are of H'Mong ethnic minority.
